Programs for ages 4 to Adult

Jessa Swift, 5th Degree Black Belt, has built a growing and thriving martial arts academy in Duluth, MN after 16 years of owning studios and clubs in St. Cloud, Monticello and Buffalo. The studio is licensed by the National Martial Arts Alliance. Our goal is quality martial arts training, balanced with character-building and a family-oriented atmosphere.   We encourage high goal-setting from all of our students and provide the support needed to reach those goals.   We know that a Black Belt is simply a white belt who never gave up-  we do our best to motivate and encourage each student along the way so they have the confidence to achieve and overcome the obstacles in their way.
